At Party Bliss Co. we are overly sentimental about holidays,  birthdays, weddings and all things that call for a celebration! This African-American owned company was founded by a little lady with a big eye for party decor and a huge sense of what makes things fun and memorable for all!  Our mission is to provide party supplies that set the stage for the most memorable celebrations in our customers lives!

The Smith household has so much to celebrate after beatng the odds of not being able to have children! Now, two kids later, every child's birthday, every family holiday, is an occasion to have them in our lives and the be grateful to God!
